RIGHT TO KNOW LAW
As of January 1, 2009, the Pennsylvania Right to Know Law provides citizens of the Commonwealth the right to request, inspect and obtain copies of public records. Theresa Eberly, Township Manager, is the open records officer as appointed by the Silver Spring Township Board of Supervisors.
